  • Casey - My job is promotions researcher, but I'm also here to gather all other information that needs to be researched to make BiCon 2003 a pleasant experience for everyone. Contrary to what my photo might suggest, I am not really that scary - I generally try to be as helpful and approachable as possible. ::grin::
Other stuff about me: I've been around various LGBT groups since I was 16 and am interested in bi communities here and all over the world. This will be my seventh BiCon and the first one I've helped organise. On LiveJournal I am known as elfgeek.
On 26 July, we had a stall at Pride In The Park 2003, of which I took a photo.
I'm really excited about BiCon 2003 and so should you!

  • Ludy - This will be my first Bicon, it's also the first time i've used a Wiki. Hopefully they'll both work out.
sometime in the early ninites a friend suggested i should go to Bicon but i didn't because i wasn't sure if i counted as bi or not (i'm still not sure ;) but i'm less bothered about that now).
I'm all excited and nervous at the same time (like most newbies i guess).
i'm never sure how to intoduce myself, i guess i should put some stuff about me - i like coffee, bunnys, bellydancing embroidery and textile art. I don't like rain, being too cold, bigots and smoky places (i'm asthmatic).
I have NLD (non-verbal learning disabilities) a specfic learning disability similar to Asperger's Syndrome, dyslexia and problems with sensory intergration which mean that sometimes i find social situations difficult and confusing - don't be offended if (for example) i don't make eye contact with you or i need some quiet time. I'm interested in meeting up with other disabled people at bicon
I'm exploring being polyamourous and i'm hoping to meet some other poly people too.
You can find out more about me from my Livejournal artremis
