Venue Tour - February 21st

We are organising a tour of this year's Bicon venue - the UEL campus in the Docklands. The tour will include a look at the accommodation, session rooms and places to eat, plus the atrium where the registration desk will be, and quite possibly the bar.

The tour will take place on Friday February 21st at 6pm - meet at Cyprus station at 5.45pm (on the DLR from Stratford, Bank or Tower Gateway). Afterwards, we are planning to go for a drink - if enough people are coming, we'll book a room in a pub somewhere nearby. Details will be posted nearer the time, or you can email info@deleted.

This is a chance to see what you'll be paying for (or have paid for, in the case of some of you), to get to know your way round the venue in advance and to catch up with people you usually only see once a year! In addition, booking forms will be available and members of the Bicon team will be available to answer any Bicon-related questions you may have.
